What distinquishes blackcatcreations.com from the
online design websites?
You will be working with one designer
who answer your emails efficiently and promptly. Our response
time to your questions or concerns is hours, not days. Your order
is not printed until you, the customer are absolutely satisfied
with the final product.
Also, the most notable difference between the online design sites
and blackcatcreations.com is that they use an interactive
computer program, at blackcatcreations.com you intereact with
a real live person.
What is your return policy?
Blackcatcreations.com is committed to customer satisfaction. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product that fails to meet our customers quality expectations. If you are not satisfied with any product, please e-mail us at mahc@msn.com. Please include your name and e-mail address you used to order, and reason for dissatisfaction. However, we cannot take responsibility for errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Your order can be canceled or changed prior
to processing.
However, if and when possible this should be done within 24
hours. Once your order is received, printing starts within
the 24-48 hours.
How do I know the information and design on the card
is what I want?
Once the custom design is completed, the business
card is placed on our preview page for you to make any further
changes.
Do you print your logo on the back of the card?
No blackcatcreations.com does not place it's
logo on the back of your card.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Blackcatcreations.com is committed to customer
satisfaction. We will reprint or refund the cost of any product
that fails to meet our customers quality expectations. Every effort
is made to edit typing, image and design errors. MHC Design reviews
all cards for content and spelling. A proof is always provided
for final approval by the customer. If the customer makes an error
in providing the correct address, phone number, etc, then they
will have to pay for the reprint of the order.
How do I re-order?
To reorder a business card, email us with
the details at mahc@msn.com.
Payment/Billing
Blackcatcreations.com uses www.Paypal.com
as our online billing service.
Credit cards accepted are Debit cards , Visa, MasterCard and American
Express.
Checks or Money Order payments are only available to customers
whose banks are located within the United States or Canada.
NOTE: Please note that the delivery expectations quoted on
our web site are based upon the actual date your order is processed.
If you choose to pay by check, your order will be processed once
we have verified that your check has cleared.
Can you send me a bill?
Blackcatcreations.com does not provide billing
at this time.
Where’s my order?
Once your order is shipped, an email is sent
to you indicating the approximate date of arrival. Preferred shipping
is done by either USPS Priority mail or UPS ( depending on the
size of the order).

Your privacy is very important to us. MHC
Design respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy.
Any information that you divulge to us is kept in confidence.
We do not collect personally identifiable information on our web
site or otherwise unless you choose to give it to us via an electronic
mail message, a phone call, or by postal mail. Even when you choose
to give us information, we keep it confidential.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists
or other personally identifiable information. We maintain some
records of individuals who CONTACT
US in case we contact you later or provide further information
to you in the future. However, we do not provide this information
to anyone else unless you give us your permission.
We do not enable "cookies" on our web site. The server
of our Internet Service Provider collects information about the
date and time in which our web site was accessed and the Internet
address of the web site from which you linked to our site. We
have the ability to access this information, but we use this information
to analyze web traffic. We are only able to measure the number
of visitors to our site and the addresses of the web sites from
which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally
identifiable information are not available to us.
